The Hörmann Decograin range of up and over garage doors provides a number of authentic-looking finishes that are extremely similar to the look and appearance of real timber. Among the array of doors is the ‘Rosewood’ surface finish, which offers a dark, richly hued, almost teak-like appearance. Alternatively York Garage Doors can also provide a ‘Golden Oak’ surface finish, which is a lighter, rich-oak colour that strongly resembles the appearance of natural wood.

We can supply both of these surface finishes in a number of different stylistic variations to include horizontal or vertical ribs, as well as the more traditional Marquess or Georgian styles.     

Each of our Decograin door finishes has an embossed door leaf finish that carries all the authentic features of real timber. Due to a new UV-resistant synthetic foil coating, which offers great protection from all elements, the doors are very durable and will keep the new appearance longer than most traditional doors.

Hörmann’s array of 14 timber style doors can be purchased in either ‘panelled’ or ‘tongued & grooved’ designs. Manufactured from cedarwood, our timber garage doors can be finished in a variety of nine wood colour finishes ranging from Walnut and Ebony to Rosewood, and Dark Oak.

During the production process, Hörmann utilise a pigmented wood preservative, which is applied to all timber doors in order to protect them from weather elements. Hörmann timber doors are beautifully crafted and accurately assembled by a team of highly trained joiners, before being fitted by our very own in house installation team.
